A 30–45 minute 1:1 virtual session where I review your current makeup routine, products, and application techniques to help you understand exactly what’s working and what needs to change. Cancellation Policy
💳 Booking & Payments Full payment is required to secure your virtual lesson appointment Sessions are non-refundable once booked Appointment is confirmed only after payment is received 🔄 Rescheduling One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours notice Missed sessions or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of payment ⏰ Late Policy Please join your lesson on time and fully prepared. A 10-minute grace period is allowed Sessions delayed beyond 10 minutes may result in shortened lesson time After 15 minutes, the session may be cancelled without refund 💻 Virtual Setup Requirements To get the best experience during your lesson, please have: Reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection Good lighting (natural light preferred) A charged phone, tablet, or laptop with camera access Your makeup products and tools ready before class begins A clean, makeup-free face unless instructed otherwise 💄 Lesson Expectations Virtual lessons are personalized based on your: Skill level Desired makeup style Current products/tools Please allow the full appointment window for teaching, demonstrations, and questions. 📸 Recording & Content Clients are welcome to record their session for personal learning and practice. However, lesson content is intended for individual use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed in any form Enhanced by Jane may use screenshots or behind-the-scenes content for marketing purposes unless client opts out prior to session. ❌ Service Refusal Sessions may be ended or refused due to: Disrespectful behavior Inappropriate conduct Repeated disruptions or failure to follow lesson guidelines Refunds will not be issued in these cases. 💎 Final Note Enhanced by Jane is committed to creating a personalized, confidence-boosting learning experience that helps you achieve glam you can recreate anytime.
