Travel & Arrival Policy – Enhanced by Jane (Mobile Services) To ensure a smooth, luxury, and timely mobile glam experience, please review the policies below before booking. 💳 Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is received Remaining balance is due at the time of service via Cash, Cash App, or Zelle 🚗 Travel (Soft Glam & Full Glam Mobile) Travel is complimentary within 15 miles of Homewood, IL Beyond 15 miles, travel fees apply (must be paid prior to appointment) Travel Fees: 16–25 miles: +$45 26–35 miles: +$65 36–45 miles: +$85 46+ miles: Custom quote required (please contact before booking) ⏱️ Late Policy / Grace Period A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. After grace period: a $10–$20 late fee may apply After 20–30 minutes: appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited ⏰ Appointment Time & Delays Please allow the full appointment window for your service. Delays caused by client lateness or interruptions may: Shorten the service Affect the final result Impact scheduled appointments after yours 🧴 Client Prep Requirements To ensure the best results and efficient service: Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face Avoid heavy skincare, oils, or serums right before service Brows should be groomed (if applicable) Hair should be pulled away from the face if needed 🚗 Parking & Access Responsibility Client is responsible for providing: Accurate address Parking instructions Building or unit access details Any parking fees incurred will be added to the final balance. 💕 Extra Guests & Environment To maintain a focused and hygienic luxury experience, please limit additional guests and distractions during your appointment. 🎥 Content & Media Consent Jane may capture before/after photos and videos for marketing purposes.
