By securing your service, you are agreeing to the terms below. *For same day appointments, please text (708) 803-5706. 💳 Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Remaining balance is due in Cash, Cash App or Zelle at the time of service. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is received 📍Travel & Location All appointments are held at my suit at 18148 Martin Ave, Homewood, IL Travel services are available by request and subject to availability Full location details must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. ⏰ Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply. After 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation and will be marked as a no-show. 🚫 Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule once if done at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows result in loss of deposit. Repeated cancellations may result in restricted booking access. 💼 Client Prep Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and brows groomed. Late prep (removing old makeup, etc.) cuts into your glam time. No extra guests unless discussed prior. 💋 Final Look & Photos Jane may capture final glam photos or videos for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded, please mention this before your service. 🧴 Hygiene & Safety All tools are cleaned and sanitized before every client.
